Job summary

Visa Lighting An Oldenburg Group Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the assigned territory. You will lead independent sales agencies, build relationships with specifiers and designers, and deliver accurate forecasts and market intelligence.

You will own revenue performance, develop business plans, and present quarterly reviews to leadership while training agency personnel on Visa products and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in lighting industry or related field with customer service, design, or sales experience.
• 2+ years regional sales management or equivalent exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activity for independent representatives and maintain annual business plans.
• Own revenue targets and regional performance, with quarterly reviews of trends and opportunities.
• Train and motivate agents on Visa products, value proposition and sales strategy.
• Develop territory strategies, budgets, and bid processes with agencies and architects.
• Travel approximately 50% to cover the assigned territory and key accounts.
• Prepare field activity reports, explore pipeline health, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
