Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. The role centers on high-power open frame and server power solutions for data centers, telecoms, and industrial automation.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in high-power power supply sales, with established OEM/VAR relationships and a track record of hitting complex quotas in technical markets. West Coast travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in sales within the high-power power supply industry, with emphasis on open frame and server power solutions.
• Track record: Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users with existing relationships.
• Technical expertise: In-depth understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Industry network: Established contacts with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
• Sales performance: Consistent achievement of sales targets in a complex, technical environment.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Location: Bay Area or Washington State preferred; West Coast travel up to 50%.
• Travel: Up to 50% willingness for travel.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify opportunities in high-power power supplies and engage with potential clients.
• Sales Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for high-value clients to drive revenue and growth.
• Client Relationships: Leverage OEM, VAR, and system integrator networks to expand the customer base.
• Industry Expertise: Apply knowledge of high-power power supplies to propose customized solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product management, and marketing to align solutions.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Regularly update management on pipeline and market trends.
