Job summary

Switchcraft, Inc. is seeking to fill the Regional Sales Manager role for the West Coast.

This on-site position in Chicago involves driving sales, managing reps and distributors, and maintaining strong customer relationships across OEMs and distributors. You will lead the development and execution of the territory sales plan and forecast revenues, while traveling 25-35% of the time to support customers and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional sales teams.
• Familiarity with OEMs and distributors.
• Willingness to travel 25-35% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales goals, including new design wins, with customers and reps/distributors.
• Train and motivate representative staff and Territory Sales Managers.
• Review network performance and drive changes as needed.
• Attend relevant trade shows/industry events.
• Manage relationships for corporate distribution accounts within the territory.
• Provide feedback on competitor activity.
• Develop and execute the sales plan, including forecasting and budgeting revenues.
• Provide new product ideas.
