This role requires 50-65% travel with 40-50% overnights and a hands-on leadership style to drive targets, mentor staff, and optimize CRM-driven performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in sales leadership role within packaging or equipment industries.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding ambitious sales goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed growth targets.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Direct the implementation of effective sales policies, practices, and procedures.
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives and distributor partners.
• Utilize CRM and dashboards to track performance and ensure accountability.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and reporting processes to drive results and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align on customer needs and execution of sales plans.
