Job summary
KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. This role focuses on high-power open frame and server power solutions for data centers, telecoms, and industrial automation.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in high-power power supply sales, a proven OEM/VAR network, and strong strategic sales leadership. Base salary ranges from $110,000 to $160,000 with commissions, and a hybrid Bay Area/Washington State work arrangement
Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales experience in high-power power supply industry.
- Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators and end users.
- Deep knowledge of high-power power supplies and applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- West Coast-based or Bay Area/Washington preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in high-power power supplies.
- Sales Leadership and Strategy: Develop strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Client Relationships: Leverage OEM/VAR/system integrator networks to expand customers.
- Industry Expertise: Advise clients with technical knowledge of high-power solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends to inform product strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product management and marketing.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Update management on pipeline and market trends.
