Global Payments is seeking a Sales Manager Merchant Regional to lead a high-performing team across the US West Coast, including Los Angeles, Seattle, and surrounding markets. You will drive account development, guide strategy, and work with clients to optimize payment solutions in a rapidly evolving payments landscape.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management of staff and client relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

• In-depth knowledge of Worldpay products and services.

• Provides leadership for area of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring.
• Monitors staff performance, documents progress and coordinates incentive compensation with HR.
• Responsible for selling products/services, developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts.
