Job summary

Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP is seeking a Marketing Development & Business Development Coordinator in San Francisco on a hybrid schedule. The role supports webinars, sponsorships, conferences, pitches, and directory submissions while collaborating with attorneys and staff to enhance visibility and client relationships on the West Coast.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, CRM/database experience (InterAction, Foundation), and strong written/spoken communication with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing databases preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing practices in professional services is preferred; law firm experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers to support marketing and business development activities.
• Coordinate logistics for conferences, seminars, forums, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and events in California and Seattle markets.
• Draft pitches, RFP responses, client presentations, and other materials.
• Maintain experience records and practice content in firm databases.
• Coordinate data collection and submissions for legal directories and rankings (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500).
• Update marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and attorney bios to ensure branding consistency.
• Assist with newsletters, alerts, and client communications.
