Job summary

Precision Staffing USA is seeking an experienced Machine Tool Sales Manager to lead a West Coast territory based in Orange County, CA, with travel to Seattle and Utah. The role focuses on growing new business and expanding existing accounts.

The successful candidate has at least three years selling large machine tools, strong technical aptitude, and proven ability to close deals. A proactive, customer-focused approach and proficiency with CRM and MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales experience in machine tools.
• Ability to develop new business and close sales.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the West Coast territory.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Manage incoming sales leads received through the company website and phone.
• Conduct customer visits to assess needs and discuss equipment solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and product recommendations.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor territory performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements.
