Job summary

SPT Labtech is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – West to own the annual sales territory for liquid handling across Northern California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado. You will conduct product demonstrations, generate outbound leads, and participate in trade shows while building relationships with genomics and drug discovery labs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a capital equipment sales role in Life Sciences
• Experience selling automated liquid handling technologies or lab automation
• Undergraduate degree in Life Science or related field
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Promote, market and sell liquid handling and sample management products in genomics, protein crystallization, and drug discovery markets across the territory
• Manage pre-sale activities through purchase order and support post-sales activities
• Collaborate with sales specialists, support, product management and marketing teams
• Schedule and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers
