Job summary

Labman Automation Ltd is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Western USA, selling Labman’s automation products to expand market presence.

You will build a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce, drive the full sales cycle from lead to close, and travel 50%+ within the territory. A engineering/science background and 2–4 years of territory or account sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in territory or account sales with a strong record of hitting targets.
• Technical sales background in life sciences, engineering, or product development.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, especially in technical conversations.
• A strategic, proactive and pragmatic approach to lead generation and navigation of complex sales cycles.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel 50%+ across your territory.

Responsibilities

• Winning new business and exceeding your annual sales targets.
• Building and managing a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
• Leading the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals - within your territory.
• Increasing awareness of Labman products while representing Labman at key industry events.
• Growing strategic customer relationships and positioning our products in-front of customers.
• Working closely with our product, application, and engineering teams to build a key internal network at Labman.
