Job summary

HealthCare Recruiters International seeks a Territory Manager to cover the West Coast, based in San Diego or Orange County. You will sell water filtration products to Life Sciences Laboratories and collaborate with a key distributor and direct customers, with local and overnight travel as required.

The role requires hunter sales experience, multi-state territory management, and a strong consultative selling approach, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in business or science.

Qualifications

• 3+ years exceeding quota in hunter/new business development sales roles.
• Large territory expertise – multi-state regions.
• Consultative seller adept at uncovering customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing.
• Self-driven & resilient – thrives in autonomous environments.
• Knowledge of standard manufacturing and business tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to articulate a customer value proposition.
• Experience collaborating with other team members internally & externally.
• Ability to translate technical product knowledge to both technical and non-technical customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or science.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and support internal channel sales reps to sell your specific portfolio.
• Partner with distributor sales representatives to sell products and solutions to end user.
• Identify key targets and conduct joint and individual sales calls to close business.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying product solutions, matching products to customer needs and minimizing competitive losses.
• Build and strategically manage relationships with new and existing customers.
