Job summary

Leggett & Platt Flooring Products is seeking a Territory Manager to join our West Coast sales team, supporting major markets in Utah, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and Alberta from the Salt Lake City metropolitan area. The Territory Manager will service existing and prospective customers, working closely with manufacturing facilities and customer service to ensure orders are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of successful sales experience (outside sales preferred).
• A Bachelor’s degree if no direct sales experience, preferably in a business‑related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Overnight travel required weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product knowledge and training
• Represent products at trade shows and similar functions
• Collaborate with manufacturing facilities
• Work with customer service team to ensure all orders are delivered as needed
• Manage account pricing
• Resolve account and credit issues
