Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking an Executive GM, West to build and lead the company's western US enterprise sales organization. You will lead a team of Regional GMs selling to technology, media, and manufacturing customers, driving revenue through consultative, outcome-driven enterprise sales.

This is a high-impact, greenfield leadership role with direct access to the founding team. The position offers an outcome-based model, large total comp potential, and significant equity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as an enterprise sales leader at B2B SaaS or AI companies.
• Proven experience selling complex B2B SaaS and AI solutions to C-suite and enterprise buyers.
• Track record of closing enterprise deals of $1M+ ACV.
• Experience coaching a West Coast sales team (~5 sellers).
• Experience working with RevOps to set targets.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and develop a team of Regional GMs, setting a high bar for discovery, multi-threaded engagement, and enterprise deal management.
• Define regional priorities and prospecting motions across large enterprise accounts.
• Coach the team to engage C-suite, product, and innovation leaders in parallel.
• Establish the company's presence in key West Coast enterprise communities and partner ecosystems.
• Share regional market insights to shape pricing, product positioning, and industry narratives.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to set targets for the wider team.
• Travel regularly (30–40%) for customer meetings, executive sessions, QBRs, and industry events.
