• Strategic Revenue Leadership & Market Capture: Architect and execute an aggressive GTM and enterprise sales strategy for the Western region that consistently exceeds services booking, margin, and ACV targets.
• Executive Field Partnership & AE Mentorship: Serve as an executive sponsor on flagship pursuits, join AEs in executive discovery and final negotiations.
• Product, AI & Market Fluency: Maintain domain fluency across Applied AI/ML, Modern Data Platforms, Cloud Infrastructure, and Application Modernization.
• Customer-Centric Engagement & C-Suite Deal Architecture: Oversee end-to-end complex multi-year modernization pursuits with value-based pricing.
• Talent Acquisition & High-Performance Culture: Recruit, hire, and ramp top-tier Enterprise Account Executives; foster candor and accountability.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration & Operational Rigor: Align regional sales with Practice Leadership, Solution Architecture, and Delivery; ensure data-driven pipeline visibility.
