Harnham is seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to expand our West Coast client portfolio from Phoenix. You will build long-term relationships with hiring managers and executives, uncover new business, and drive revenue by delivering talent solutions through consultative sales.

You'll collaborate with recruiting teams, manage the full sales cycle, and maintain a healthy pipeline while aiming for revenue targets. A growth-oriented, collaborative culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales or recruitment
• Experience selling professional services or staffing solutions
• Experience engaging directors, VPs and C-level stakeholders
• Industry knowledge in Data & Analytics or technology is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the West Coast
• Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and executives
• Expand existing client partnerships and identify growth opportunities
• Lead consultative sales conversations to understand hiring needs
