Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive AI and Data solutions sales across the West Coast region of North America. The candidate will build strong client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver tailored, value-driven proposals to win strategic deals.

The role requires 13+ years in technology/solutions with cloud, data and AI experience, and a proven ability to engage customers with consultative selling strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering or master’s in engineering with 13+ years experience in technology, software, and solutions.
• Experience and domain knowledge in Engineering Industries.
• Working knowledge of AI, data and cloud with basic GenAI skills.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell AI and Data solutions to existing and prospective customers in the West Coast region of NA.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding client needs and identifying challenges.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expand market share for AI and data offerings in NA.
• Carry out market analysis and lead business planning and strategic sales activities.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing strategic deals.
• Lead technical discussions with customers for TCS’s solutions.
