Harnham, the global leader in Data & AI recruitment, is seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to grow our West Coast client portfolio. You will develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with hiring managers and executive stakeholders.

This role covers end-to-end sales—from prospecting to signed partnerships—while collaborating with our recruiting teams to deliver talent solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling professional services, staffing or technology solutions.
• Proven track record of generating new business and growing client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience engaging Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the West Coast.
• Build long-term relationships with hiring managers, TA leaders, and executives.
• Expand existing client partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead consultative sales conversations to understand hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiting teams to deliver talent solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through signed partnership.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while achieving revenue targets.
