Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Manager of Commercial Sales to lead our West team. Location favors remote US West with interest in San Francisco. You will own performance, development, and culture of a technically focused AE team, spending time in deals and shaping the go-to-market motion.

You’ll mentor sellers, maintain a sharp forecast, and build scalable playbooks for technical discovery, objections, and progression. A builder mentality and bias toward leader-ship are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a quota-carrying AE selling technical data infrastructure or developer tooling to engineers.
• Experience mentoring or leading sellers, formal or informal.
• Ability to discuss architecture and the modern data stack with engineering buyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Account Executives selling into the sub-250 employee segment.
• Own the Commercial segment number including pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
• Spend time in deals, review deals, join customer conversations when it matters.
