Job summary
ClickHouse is seeking a Manager of Commercial Sales for the West region with remote work options across the US. You will lead a technically-adept AE team selling into data infrastructure and developer tooling, owning performance, development, and culture.
You’ll spend time in deals, coach on technical and commercial strategy, and build scalable playbooks while partnering with Eng, Product, and Marketing to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a quota-carrying AE in a technical sales environment.
- Experience coaching or mentoring other sellers.
- Technical credibility with data infrastructure or developer tooling buyers.
- Strong ability to forecast and manage pipeline.
- Builder mentality and willingness to shape a growing playbook.
- Commitment to people development.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Account Executives.
- Own the Commercial segment number, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
- Spend time in deals and navigate technical/commercial complexity.
- Hire exceptional people and build a scalable playbook.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing to enable the team.
- Identify patterns in the pipeline to inform product and GTM decisions.
- Contribute to the broader Commercial strategy.
