Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Manager of Commercial Sales for the West to lead a technically focused AE team in a remote-first US West environment. You will own performance, development, and culture, and spend time in deals to ensure you understand the technical and commercial dynamics of mid-market customers.

You will hire and coach top talent, build repeatable discovery and deal progression playbooks, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Marketing to win.

Qualifications

• Track record as quota-carrying AE in technical sales.
• Ability to discuss data architectures with engineering buyers.
• Experience mentoring other sellers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Account Executives selling into the sub-250 employee segment.
• Own the Commercial segment number, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
