Job summary

TPx is seeking a Channel Manager in Phoenix, AZ to recruit, train, and support TPx Agents to drive new business revenue. The role oversees agent enablement, sales support, channel management, and collaboration with internal teams while launching new products and ensuring productive partnerships.

You will travel up to 50% of the time, managing forecasts, pipelines, and quarterly targets, and you will work cross-functionally to resolve customer and partner issues while continuously improving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of sales experience; telecom/MSP background preferred.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales goals.
• Experience selling telecom products: Managed Security, Managed WAN, Managed IT, UC.

Responsibilities

• Train TPx Agents on products, pricing, orders, support procedures, portals, and commissions.
• Own initial and ongoing sales training and strategic planning for agents.
• Assist agents in creating, presenting, and closing opportunities with customers.
• Provide ongoing product updates, process changes, and policy adjustments.
• Recruit new agents and oversee sub-agent engagement; manage forecasting and KPIs.
• Launch new products and drive participation in promotions; meet targets.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and other departments to resolve issues; contribute to product strategy.
• Travel up to 50% for field activities and meetings.
