• 5+ years of business development, sales, or commercial experience in life sciences.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex, technical sales.
• Experience selling services, platforms, or technologies in bioproduction or gene/cell therapy.
• Strong CRM, forecasting, and pipeline-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive revenue targets for West Coast territory across biotech markets.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline; lead end-to-end deal execution.
• Expand strategic accounts through consultative selling and long-term relationships.
• Develop territory growth plans aligned with ASC strategy and priorities.
• Represent ASC at conferences and client meetings to generate qualified leads.
