Job summary

GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager of Key Accounts to direct and grow sales in the US West Coast, with a focus on the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will manage defined accounts, collaborate with Technical Solution Management, and develop strategies to achieve regional targets while building executive-level relationships in the life sciences and CRO markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required.
• 1+ year of successful sales experience.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships with key accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of life science and CRO markets (gene synthesis, protein expression, etc.).
• Ability to operate in an international business environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals of assigned region by developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Manage sales pipeline and ensure sustainable sales growth.
• Analyze sales performance and identify gaps and create detailed improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Technical Solution Management to achieve sales goals.
• Propose new ideas to boost sales or improvements.
• Maximize productivity by coordinating with other departments.
