Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new growth across the West Coast for Biologics and Drug Product offerings. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification through value proposition, pricing, proposal, negotiation, and close.

Qualifications

• Proven CDMO/CDMO-adjacent sales experience with revenue generation.
• Knowledge of Biologics or Drug Product development and manufacturing.
• West Coast network and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor's in life sciences or engineering; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a self-generated pipeline across West Coast pharma/biotech.
• Own full sales cycle from outreach to contract close.
• Represent Resilience at conferences and trade shows.
• Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to shape campaigns.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and provide forecasts.
