Fujifilm Biotechnologies is seeking a Business Development Director for Advanced Therapies to own growth across the CGT network, including Clinical and commercial programs. You will drive full lifecycle deals, engage cross-functional teams, and shape strategies to accelerate patient access and program progression.

The role sits on the West Coast with a focus on building strategic pipeline, advancing multi-stakeholder opportunities, and delivering sustainable revenue growth in a GMP-regulated

Competenze

• 5+ years in senior-level BD or program management in biopharma/CDMO.
• Proven ability to originate and mature net-new opportunities.
• Pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy in long-cycle enterprise sales.
• Advanced negotiation, presentation, and business-writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree; science-related field preferred.

• Own net-new revenue for Advanced Therapies in your territory.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Translate science to value across development to QC/QA.
• Build senior relationships with C-suite and program leaders.
• Develop territory plans and accurate forecasts.
• Shape and negotiate contracts with Legal and Commercial Solutions.
• Represent the brand at conferences and tradeshows.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning on capacity.
• Maintain pipeline health and leadership visibility.
