• 5+ years in senior business development within biopharma/CDMO.
• Established network across biopharma and CGT ecosystems.
• Proven pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy in long‑cycle enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of complex CDMO deals from target to close.
• Map stakeholders from R&D through CMC, MSAT, QA/RA, Procurement and Legal.
• Translate scientific capabilities into value propositions and proposals.
• Build senior relationships with C‑suite and program leaders.
• Develop territory plans and accurate forecasts aligned to capacity and market dynamics.
• Shape and negotiate contracts to land compliant, mutually advantageous agreements.
