FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a senior Business Development Director for Advanced Therapies to lead full lifecycle CGT/CDMO deals from target to close. The role sits on the West Coast and requires deep CGT development, CMC/GMP knowledge, and multi-stakeholder selling across the biotech ecosystem.

You will own revenue in a strategic territory, manage complex evaluations, and build executive-level relationships to drive growth and pipeline velocity in a GMP-regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in senior-level business development, account management, or program management within biopharma/CDMO.
• Established network across biopharma and CGT ecosystems.
• Proven ability to originate and mature net-new opportunities.
• Pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy in long-cycle enterprise sales.
• Advanced negotiation, presentation, and business-writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree; science-related field preferred.

• Build and manage a high-quality, high-velocity pipeline aligned to territory strategy and capacity.
• Facilitate partnerships within FUJIFILM Biotechnologies and across FUJIFILM companies.
• Align with global directors on territory growth, portfolio positioning, and market dynamics.
• Provide structured customer feedback to inform future solutions and differentiation.
• Develop and execute territory plans to target high-fit CGT accounts.
• Close complex, compliant agreements that accelerate sponsor timelines.
