FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Business Development Director for Advanced Therapies on the West Coast, US. You will own the full lifecycle of complex CGT/CDMO deals, shaping strategy, and closing high-value opportunities across vector, cell therapy, and enabling platforms.

You will collaborate with Legal, Commercial Solutions, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Market Intelligence to land compliant, mutually advantageous agreements, while building senior relationships.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in senior-level business development within biopharma/CDMO.
• Existing network across biopharma and CGT ecosystems.
• Proven pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy in long-cycle enterprise sales.
• Advanced negotiation, presentation, and business-writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; science-related field strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a high-quality CGT/CDMO pipeline across vector, cell therapy, and enabling platforms.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with cross-functional stakeholders from R&D to Legal.
• Translate science to value through process development, tech transfer, GMP manufacturing, and QC.
• Develop senior relationships with C-suite and program leaders.
• Shape territory plans and negotiate contracts for compliant, advantageous agreements.
