Qualifications

• Valid, unencumbered RN/LPN/LVn license (or compact license).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective training abilities, leadership and people skills.
• Dedication to teamwork and long-term success.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical representative on transitions team for onboarding new communities.
• Coordinate all wellness transition phases with community teams.
• Analyze current practices to ensure state regulatory compliance and meet timelines.
• Train newly onboarded teams on Vitality wellness standards.
• Track and update policies; monitor regulatory citations by state.
• Provide data-driven insights to regional and senior leadership.
