Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Director of Wellness Transitions and Compliance to lead onboarding for newly acquired communities, align practices with state regulations, and ensure clinical system setup is complete.

The role requires RN/LPN/LVN licensure, strong analytical and training skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%. You will collaborate with regional leadership to monitor KPI trends and drive compliant performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Valid, unencumbered nursing license (LPN/LVN/RN) or compact license.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and health standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tracking.
