Job summary

Vitality Living Oasis at Coral Reef in Miami, FL is seeking a Director of Wellness Transitions and Compliance to lead wellness transitions for newly acquired communities, overseeing data conversion, system setup, staff training, and hand-off to regional support.

The role monitors clinical compliance across the portfolio, analyzes KPI trends, and provides guidance to leadership to drive data-informed decisions. Travel up to 75% is required; licensing as RN/LPN is required.

Qualifications

• Valid, unencumbered LPN, LVN or RN license (compact license acceptable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other programs as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Effective training abilities, excellent leadership and people skills.
• Dedication to teamwork and long-term commitment to success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical representative on the transitions team to support onboarding of new communities.
• Coordinate all phases of the wellness transition with community team members.
• Analyze current practices, set expectations to comply with state regulations, and complete transition items within timeline.
• Establish relationships with onboarding community teams.
• Train onboarded teams on Vitality wellness standards.
• Track and coordinate training for new wellness team members and conduct follow-up calls.
• Maintain, track, and assist with updating company policies.
• Track and trend regulatory citations by state and provide analysis to wellness and operations teams.
• Analyze wellness KPI trends and update leadership accordingly.
• Provide supporting information and interpretations to assist data-driven decisions for regional and senior leadership.
• Complete focused compliance and standards visits for identified needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
