Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health to provide strategic and operational leadership for the health center’s behavioral health program. You will develop integrated care workflows, promote access, and align services with the organization’s strategic plan.

The role requires advancing patient-centered care, coordinating with medical, nursing, care management, and other teams, and overseeing program growth and innovation in behavioral health delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, behavioral health, or related clinical discipline.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive behavioral health leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Health Center’s behavioral health program.
• Develop and implement goals, policies, workflows, and performance standards aligned with the strategic plan.
• Expand access to behavioral health services based on patient and community needs.
• Develop sustainable models for integrated behavioral health within primary care.
• Support screening, assessment, treatment planning, referral, and care coordination.
• Promote innovation in behavioral health delivery, including tele-behavioral health and same-day access.
