Restore Hyper Wellness in California seeks a Front Desk Representative focused on sales to create welcoming experiences and build client relationships at the studio. You will drive memberships and retail sales while educating clients on wellness services and at-home care, contributing to lasting health transformations.

The role blends client care, operations, and sales acumen in a dynamic, health-focused environment, offering growth possibilities and a path to leadership within the studio

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service (required).
• Experience: 1+ year in sales (required).
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours highlighting service benefits.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care.
• Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, waivers, and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and community programs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
