Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience is required.
• 1+ year of sales experience is required.
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness is preferred.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems.
• Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours and highlight service benefits.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care.
• Develop customized wellness plans and achieve membership sales targets.
• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profiles.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions and events.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen relationships.
• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations and ensure satisfaction.
• Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
