Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Front Desk role focused on sales to greet clients, drive memberships, and deliver a welcoming wellness experience at our Folsom studio. You’ll connect client needs with Restore’s services, educate on therapies, and build lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service and 1 year in sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys learning about wellness.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in customer service (required).
• 1+ year in sales (required).
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness/fitness industry (preferred).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided).
• Proven success with membership sales and revenue growth.
• Commitment to continuous learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging studio tours and deliver personalized sales and service experiences.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans to support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.
• Onboard clients, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
