Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Front Desk Wellness Representative (Sales-Focused) in Pleasant Hill, CA. You will be the first and last impression of our studio, driving membership growth, increasing retail sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will own the sales process, schedule appointments, greet clients, educate on services and memberships, and support the clinical team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service.
• Confident in closing sales and handling objections.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from initial interaction to enrollment.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for memberships and retail products.
• Educate prospective clients on services and membership options.
• Build relationships that encourage renewals, referrals and repeat visits.
• Follow up with leads and members to maximize conversions and retention.
