Job summary
Elements Massage Simi Valley is seeking friendly, sales‑oriented staff to welcome clients, schedule appointments, and promote Wellness Program memberships. You’ll learn a proven sales process during paid training and work closely with massage therapists and the management team to create an outstanding client experience.
Evening and weekend availability is required. Prior spa, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, and you’ll enjoy a supportive, team‑oriented workplace with growth
Qualifications
- Previous spa, retail or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
- We’ll provide the training you need if you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Great communication skills are essential.
- A desire to help people is important.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments.
- Introduce clients to Wellness Program membership.
- Learn and follow our sales process with training.
- Process payments and appointment paperwork accurately.
- Collaborate with massage therapists and managers as a team.
- Keep the studio organized, clean, and inviting.
- Help achieve monthly sales goals.
