Job summary

Elements Massage Simi Valley is seeking friendly, sales‑oriented staff to welcome clients, schedule appointments, and promote Wellness Program memberships. You’ll learn a proven sales process during paid training and work closely with massage therapists and the management team to create an outstanding client experience.

Evening and weekend availability is required. Prior spa, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, and you’ll enjoy a supportive, team‑oriented workplace with growth

Qualifications

• Previous spa, retail or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
• We’ll provide the training you need if you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm, welcoming attitude.

What You’ll Do

Every day is a little different! You’ll help create an amazing experience for every client by:

• Greeting clients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Helping clients learn about our Wellness Program membership
• Following our proven sales process (we’ll train you!)
• Processing payments and appointment paperwork accurately
• Working closely with our massage therapists and managers as one team
• Keeping the studio organized, clean, and inviting
