Job summary

Elements Massage seeks a motivated Customer Service & Sales associate who can work Saturdays and follow our proven sales process to grow memberships. You will listen to clients, convert interest into long‑term memberships, and provide friendly service while using studio tools for scheduling and payments.

Prior retail sales experience is preferred; commissions and bonuses accompany earnings potential, with benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Able to work Saturdays.
• Follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
• The right candidate can turn every client into a long term Member.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‑person to potential clients.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, scheduling and processing payments.
