Momentic Studios is hiring a Sales Associate in San Diego to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive membership and retail sales. The role focuses on relationship-based selling, introductory tours, and tailoring offerings to individual goals.

As part of a fast-growing recovery franchise, you will support onboarding, member retention, and community-building while upholding studio cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on relationship-based selling and value-building.
• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute the relationship-based sales model with each intro and promote memberships and retail products.
• Tour potential members through the studio and describe facilities and services.
• Communicate membership options clearly and enroll guests using company sales protocols.
• Onboards new members and supports retention activities to drive profitability.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment between sessions.
