Momentic Studios, based in Pasadena, is hiring a Sales Associate for SweatHouz studios to support local and national expansion. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience, promoting memberships and retail products, and driving member conversions through relationship-based selling.

You will tour studios, explain facilities, enroll guests using approved sales techniques, onboard new members, and partner with the Studio Manager to ensure a best-in-class member experience; benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification.
• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience focusing on relationship-based selling.
• Reliable mobility to travel to studio location.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with guests and promote memberships.
• Tour studios and explain facilities and services tied to guest needs.
• Enrol guests using company sales techniques.
• Onboard and retain members to drive profitability.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
• Promote marketing campaigns and offers to leads and members.
• Manage leads using company software and conduct daily outreach.
