Qualifications

• AED/First Aid/CPR certification.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service, with relationship-based selling.
• Reliable mobility to travel to studio location.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential members to understand fitness goals and introduce STRONG offerings.
• Conduct studio tours, highlight facilities and services tailored to needs.
• Clearly communicate membership options and benefits; enroll new members.
• Onboard new members and assist with retention activities to drive profitability.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads and campaigns.
