Momentic Studios is seeking a Sales Associate in Santa Monica, CA. You will deliver an exceptional guest experience, promote memberships and retail, and build lasting relationships to drive conversions and retention.

You will manage leads, present clear membership options, and collaborate with the Studio Manager to ensure a welcoming environment while maintaining studio cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in sales or customer service with relationship-based selling.
• AED/First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable mobility to travel to studio location.

Responsibilities

• Executes the relationship-based sales model with each intro.
• Tours potential members and describes facilities and amenities.
• Communicates membership options clearly.
• Enrolls guests using company sales techniques.
• Onboards new members and supports retention to drive profitability.
• Manage leads and execute daily outreach to maximize conversion.
• Partner with the Studio Manager for best-in-class member experience.
• Provide a friendly check-in and address member inquiries with care.
