Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of a wellness brand and help people achieve their health goals through our membership model of practitioner-assisted stretch.

As a Sales Associate, you will drive membership sales, provide outstanding customer service, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and contribute to a positive sales culture. Prior sales experience isn’t required, but a drive to achieve and continuously raise the bar is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience isn’t required, a passion for achievement and raising the bar is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and goal-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to guests who enter Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and addressing concerns.
• Drive member retention by following operation guides and doing follow-ups.
• Promote practitioner-assisted stretching and add-on sessions to hit sales goals.
• Support team culture and build positive, professional relationships.
