Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to every guest who enters Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, scheduling, answering calls, and addressing concerns.
• Lead and coach Sales Associates, ensuring daily operations meet goals.
• Track KPIs and report studio performance to support regional targets.
• Promote practitioner-assisted stretching value and encourage add-on sessions.
• Protect and foster Stretch Zone culture through positive teamwork.
