Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to lead a sales-focused team and drive member satisfaction. You will open the studio, monitor daily goals, coach staff, and onboard new Sales Associates to ensure a smooth start for every shift.

As a hands-on leader, you will guide performance, provide mentorship, and maintain a strong studio culture that emphasizes wellness and growth. This role offers ongoing training and advancement within the wellness space.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure cleanliness and readiness for members.
• Coach and monitor performance, supporting the team throughout the day.
• Onboard and train new Sales Associates to ensure smooth integration.
• Lead by example and cover for the Studio Manager when needed.
• Close the studio at the end of the day and celebrate team wins.
