Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to drive sales performance and lead the team in a wellness-focused studio environment. You will coach, mentor, and onboard new associates while ensuring a welcoming experience for members.

You will oversee day-to-day studio operations, maintain a high-energy atmosphere, and exemplify leadership in pursuit of growth and exceptional member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure everything is clean, organized, and ready for members.
• Lead coaching and check in on performance, supporting a positive environment.
• Onboard and train new Sales Associates to ensure day-one readiness.
• Lead by example and manage studio operations when the Studio Manager is off-site.
• Close up the studio, celebrate wins, and prepare for a strong tomorrow.
