Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a General Manager to drive studio performance and lead a team in Morrisville/Cary. The role focuses on strategy, people leadership, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

You will manage KPIs, growth, and a culture of excellence across operations. The position offers base pay starting at $22 per hour for a 60-day training period, with a 35-40 hour workweek and opportunities for a bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 3–5 years of management experience (required).
• Health/wellness/retail management experience preferred.
• Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with opportunity identification.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to balance data-driven decisions with authentic human connection.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own studio performance by developing and executing business plans to hit KPIs, revenue, and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations focusing on client experience, brand standards, and facilities.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development across therapies and systems.
• Manage the employee lifecycle including coaching, performance reviews, recognition, and corrective action.
