Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant Manager in Round Rock, TX. You will lead a small team, coach staff, and partner with the General Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a wellness-focused retail environment.

You’ll play a key role in training, performance feedback, and implementing store initiatives, while maintaining Restore’s standards and culture. This is a franchise location with standard operating hours and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• You’ve obtained an undergraduate degree or higher.
• You love the sales process and have a proven track record of B2B sales.
• You have at least one year of management experience.
• You’re passionate about fitness, athletic achievement, and general health and wellness.
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate a team environment that delivers exceptional customer service while supporting the General Manager.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Assist in disciplinary actions and coaching as needed.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new employees and adapt to new procedures.
• Drive sales goals and marketing efforts to grow store revenue and community outreach.
