Job summary

Wellness City is seeking a Wellness Assistant Spa Manager to maintain a high-energy, positive environment and lead Wellness Consultants to achieve company goals. You will drive store performance, deliver exceptional client experiences, and model leadership in all operations.

The role requires managing daily spa operations, coaching staff, and ensuring productivity while maintaining top service standards. Flexible schedule and advancement potential included.

Qualifications

• College education is preferred but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Beauty, Spa, Tanning Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily spa operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience.
• Achieve sales goals and drive revenue.
• Assist Wellness Spa Director with cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the spa.
• Coach and mentor team members; provide feedback for performance improvement.
• Generate sales reports and manage inventory; support director functions.
• Staffing and labor cost control.
• Work nights, Saturdays and Sundays as needed for coverage.
• Maintain professionalism and calm during high-volume periods.
• Work a typical 5-day, 30–40 hour week.
